I know what I’m about to ask will sound bad. But please think of it with an open mind and an open heart. I love my daughter so much, she really is a jewel of the earth. But she really has the wrong idea about life. She’s saving herself for the “perfect” man that probably doesn’t exist. And she’s going off to college next month. I just know she’ll get hurt. College is a crazy place where boys will lie to her and she’ll get her heart broken into a million pieces. I really think she needs to have some more experience going into the situation. I really feel deep down in my heart that she needs to lose that innocence before she goes. So she knows the first guy she’s with isn’t prince charming. It doesn’t happen that way, it’s life. And she should love her body and be a free spirit and let it go. Be ready for college. Not go in and get hurt. I’ve been to college, I know what it’s like. So I’ve been trying to get this very nice neighborhood boy to show her the ropes, but with love. I know this all sounds crazy, but it’s all with the best intentions. I was wondering if you had any advice. I know you talk to young women all the time. I just want the best for my beautiful girl.

In St. Petersburg, Florida, a woman suffered what is being called a very strange case of road rage while driving on the Howard Frankland Bridge. Around 4 o’clock in the afternoon, the woman got out of her car, jumped on the hood of another car, then took her top off and started flashing the driver. When police arrived, the topless woman ran into traffic to avoid getting arrested. Emergency crews were on scene for about an hour, and the woman was taken into custody!

Slacker’s mom threw a half gallon of milk at a car. Someone threw nickels and pennies at one of Slacker’s, friend’s car!

Coming soon: The mambo, ‘Jersey Shore’ style?   The Situation is said to be in secret negotiations to appear on the next season of “Dancing with the Stars.” TMZ reports the deadline for negotiations is Monday. The Sitch’s manager, Mike Petolino, claims, “There are no plans for DWTS at this moment.”

George Clooney’s girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis is said to be “distraught” over claims that she used cocaine inside a couple of nightclubs.  The Italian TV host was linked to a nightclub cocaine and prostitution ring. A pal says “George is standing by her…. In Milan, everyone is talking about this. It’s a huge scandal and we think more celebrities will be named.” The pal never once saw Clooney’s girlfriend do anything illegal, “but she’s always the life and soul of the party. She’s a fun girl.” The pal added, “A lot of girls would come out of bathroom stalls sniffing and they would check their noses in the mirror.”

Gossip blogs have been dishing details from Angelina Jolie’s upcoming unauthorized biography– but TV entertainment shows have steered clear of the gossip.  Andrew Morton’s “Angelina: An Unauthorized Biography” is available tomorrow (Saturday), yet shows like “Extra,” “Access Hollywood,” “Entertainment Tonight” and “The Insider” have ignored it. One publicity director has a theory: Entertainment news shows are worried about losing access to Angelina or Brad Pitt — both among Hollywood’s biggest “gets”. The shows are being intimidated into ignoring the story.  (The “Angelina” books includes the neglect she suffered as an infant by her mother, Marcheline Bertrand, and affairs with Leonardo DiCaprio, Ralph Fiennes, and others.)

TMZ reports that Kara DioGuardi has been fired. Sources say the show will be going back to a three-judge format: Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler.  Producers considered Jennifer Lopez one of the best mentors to ever appear on the show, and she is said to be a huge “Idol” fan. Picking Lopez would give the show a credible music industry figure to replace Ellen DeGeneres, who was criticized for her lack of technical music-critiquing skills. In a way, she’d be more of a replacement for Paula Abdul –  than for Ellen. (The only way Kara could stay, is if the J-Lo deal falls apart — but that deal is done.)

Ellen DeGeneres is leaving “American Idol” after just one season as a judge. Ellen admitted it wasn’t the “right fit.” Ellen Tweeted: “Dim the lights. I’ve voted myself off American Idol. The decision came a couple months ago. It was hard for me to judge people and sometimes hurt their feelings. I am very grateful for the year I had. I am a huge fan of the show and will continue to be.”

A die hard New Orleans Saints fan from Gulfport, Mississippi got an autograph of quarterback Drew Brees tattooed on his right arm! He feels the Brees tattoo is a tribute to a man who has done so much for the region.
