Steve has another new theory. He believes every woman has said to her man, “You’re the best I’ve ever had!”

Have you said it to your man? Is he really the best ever? Or, do you just like to feed your man’s ego?

Slacker has two children and he does not think this is offensive…

There are onesies for babies out there that say things like, “Hung like a 5 year old.”

Is it really that offensive to put a joke on onesies? Or do you think it’s cute?

Steve has a friend that is a huge freegan. He has a great full time job, but on his free time he likes to use a metal detector. Also, he will check certain dumpsters every week. Once, he found a Harvard yearbook from the early 1900s and suddenly, in shock, there was a huge bidding war! Apparently, the yearbook had a couple famous people from around the time of WWI. In the end, he got $1200. After a year, he took all his money from everything he had found and bought a brand new car!

So, have you dumpster dived? What’s the best thing you’ve gotten being a freegan?

Yi Slacker & Steve,

You guys need to tell me if I’m crazy. According to my fiancé I am. Here’s the story:

My boyfriend proposed to me a little over a month ago. We’ve been together almost 3 years, so I kind of was waiting for this proposal for a while. We’ve been living together for a couple years too. So now that we’re engaged he wants to have a 3 YEAR engagement! 3 years is just crazy to me. He says he wants to save up for a house and save up to fly some family in for the wedding so we should give ourselves time to do that. According to him we’re going to be together forever anyway, what’s the rush. And I say the rush is I want to get everything started! Everyone has already asked me the date and I have to say I have no idea. I want to plan my wedding, I want to try on dresses, throw parties. Who knows what will happen in 3 years! I’m really not just obsessed about the wedding either, I want to get my life started with him. He’s really fighting me on the 3 year thing. I think it should be one year so I guess we’ll never agree. So now what? Spend 2 years frustrated and angry at the man I’m going to marry until I can finally make plans? Or I dun no, leaving sounds stupid too, that’s not really an option. Argh! What do you think?

Misty

What advice do you have for Misty?

Don from Arkansas just recently passed away and in his will he asked for his 2 year old Yorkshire named, Tom-Tom, to be buried next to him immediately! The family took the Yorkshire to the vet to have him euthanized and the vet tried to change their minds, but ultimately he gave him in fear the family would kill the dog in a less humane way. So, in the end, Tom-Tom was laid to rest next to his owner.

Would you take care of a person’s dying wishes regardless of what they are?

Anna and Rich are in a debate. Recently, Rich’s ex walked back into his life and said he has a 5 year old daughter. They got a paternity test to be sure and he is the father, although he refuses to believe it and would like to take another test. Either way, he wants nothing to do with his daughter. He said he would except it if she is his daughter, but will only support her financially, which in his opinion, is a pretty bold move. Rich’s wife, Anna, says he should man up and be there for his daughter. It’s not easy for Anna, but she is willing to help take care of his daughter as if she was her own.  She only wishes he could see how great of a father he could be, even in this predicament.

Who’s side are you on?

I’ve already mentioned how much I love the new album from Ben Folds and Nick Hornby (it’s called Lonely Avenue)-  they just released the new video for their single “From Above.”  I snagged it so you could watch! The video is pretty simple, but the song is fab fab fab!!

If you have an extra couple hundred bucks and feel like splurging, Ben is playing at Boettcher Concert Hall on Saturday night. Find out more HERE.

“Dancing with the Stars” judge Bruno Tonioli won’t be forced to apologize to Michael Bolton for criticizing his dancing.
Producers said, “While we respect the feelings of our celebrities and dancers, we don’t feel Bruno should be expected to apologize for doing his job.” “Bruno’s role as a judge is to give his honest opinions on the quality of the dances he’s judging, which is what he did in this case.”  Bruno told Bolton that his jive was the worst jive he’s ever seen.   Bolton called the judge “inappropriate and disrespectful.”

USA Today” is trying to figure out what makes someone NORMAL, and they’ve come up with a six-question quiz to figure out what is and isn’t the borderline for normal versus abnormal.  Here are the questions . . .

#1.)  How often do you pick your nose?  The most common answers are “every day” or “sometimes, maybe weekly.”  The least-normal behavior is NEVER picking it.

#2.)  Did you lie about your weight on your driver’s license?  Only about three out of 10 people lie, so it’s more normal to tell the truth.

#3.)  For women:  How much time does your husband or boyfriend spend per week watching football?  None is actually the most common answer.  Three hours or six hours are also normal.  More than 12 hours is not normal.

#4.)  Have you ever searched for your ex online?  About three out of five people have run a search.

#5.)  For married people:  Are you still in love with your ex?  Two-thirds of people are NOT, making that the most normal.  A surprising one out of five people say they are, so it’s not THAT abnormal.

#6.)  Are you normal if your spouse has never seen you naked?  Only about one out of 14 people think it’s normal if you’ve never been nude in front of the person you’re married to.
