Beiber Faces Strong Opposition But Agrees to DNA Test!

A top lawyer, who advised the White House on paternity law, has joined the legal team that’s going up against Justin Bieber in his paternity suit filed by 20-year-old Mariah Yeater. Mariah claims Bieber is the father of her four-month-old son and she wants him to submit to a paternity test to prove it.

Justin has since agreed to submit to the DNA test when he returns to the US from Europe where he was performing at the MTV EMAs.

The remaining five celebrities on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” had to perform one routine plus a second, “instant” jive to music that they hadn’t heard before.

J.R. Martinez got a perfect score of 30 for his waltz but with the combined scores it was still only good enough for second place on the leader board. Ricki Lake took the top spot while Nancy Grace once again had the lowest scores of the night.

One star will be voted off the show tonight.

After two days of deliberation, a jury found Dr. Conrad Murray guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson yesterday.

Dr. Murray will face up to four years in prison and he could lose his medical license. His sentencing will take place on November 29th during which time Michael’s three will have the opportunity to participate for the first time.

“The D.A. has told Katherine Jackson that the children could submit a letter for one of the family members to read at the sentencing. If either one of them wish to address the court, he will fully support the children and make whatever accommodations need to be made. It’s still unclear if the children will be in court for sentencing.”

In the mean time Dr. Murray has been placed on suicide watch since being taken into custody. He has also been deemed a “keep away inmate”, meaning jail officials will take special precautions to keep him safe, including giving him a single cell as well as an “escort” to accompany him wherever he goes for his own protection.
