David Letterman and Jay Leno are neck and neck when it comes to the ratings, Wednesday’s numbers were so close they were considered statistically inconclusive!

Letterman was expected to take the lead because of the extortion trial against Robert Halderman, but he didn’t say much about it during the show except that “the matter was resolved” followed by thanking the members involved in the case of the New York District Attorney’s office by name.
