A serial “dine-and-dasher” has finally been caught, in Boulder, CO.

Restaurants warned each other about a guy who looked like an over-weight Joaquin Phoenix. He would come in, drink gin and tonics and go outside constantly to smoke cigarettes.

He’d eventually go out for a smoke and bail without paying.

A manager spotted the guy as he came in, and watched closely till he tried to leave. The manager called cops and they busted him.

The guy is being charged in three cases of dining and dashing.
