A Houston man in a bird mascot to attract business to a local furniture store was attacked from behind.

When he was knocked over, his “birdie” suit fell off. As his attacker ran to an awaiting car, he ran after the guy.

The suspect ended up getting away, but police were called. An eyewitness was able to get a license plate number.

The Bird man was left with minor cuts, bruises and damage to his costume. Police are investigating.
